Songbird will help clients consolidate their assets on the Schwab Institutional Platform to provide peace of mind for the safety of the assets as well as world class reporting and record keeping.

Songbird will review the investment program periodically or as needed. Songbird manages clients' assets on a discretionary basis and executes investment program as planned. However, clients do need to inform Songbird when they have life changes that will affect their financial situations.
